With over 8 years experience in the fitness industry in 4 different cities, I’ve come across all kinds of people looking to change their life through fitness. I completed a personal training certification at 18 and decided that a weekend crash course was not enough, and continued my education at St.Lawrence college in Kingston Ontario, studying Fitness and Health Promotion. I spent 2 years studying in Kingston, receiving 2 more certifications for personal training and group fitness. Not only did I work with the general public, students, but having a placement at an orthopedic clinic, helping people to rehabilitate chronic injuries. After that program I moved to Toronto where I attended the University of Guelph-Humber for Kinesiology. Moving back to Ottawa, I worked for various fitness companies. The City of Ottawa, The Ymca, and some corporate gym’s. And through all of these experiences , there are certain people who see the best results. Those people are the ones who can internalize the reason WHY they want to improve physically. Constantly striving to become better both mentally and physically.He's been a coach at Revline Fitness since February 2015 and is the metabolic conditioning specialist. He received his personal training certification and functional training certification in 2012.
